Can I change my order after it is placed?

If you need to change your order please contact customer service here. Most orders ship within 24 business hours. If your order has already been shipped, it can not be changed.

How long does shipping take?

Your order could take up to 10-14 business days to fulfill, plus an additional 1-5 business days in transit depending on your location. When your order ships we will notify you and provide tracking information.

Can you ship outside of the U.S.?

Due to Federal campaign regulations, we can not ship outside of the United States. Specifically, "Contributions from corporations, labor unions, national banks, and foreign nationals (non-US citizens without “green cards”) and federal government contractors are prohibited."

Can I exchange my order? 

Yes, unused items may be exchanged. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible to cover additional shipping charges related to exchanges, unless the item was delivered damaged to the customer.

Exchanges are valid for items of equal or lesser value. Differences in cost will be refunded to your credit card. 

If the item was delivered damaged and you would like a replacement please contact customer service.

Can I return my order? 

Yes, any unused products can be returned. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping return items. Refunds will be made after the product has been received at the warehouse. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

What if my order is damaged?

Damaged products may be exchanged at no cost, or returned for a full refund (including shipping). Please contact customer service to process your refund for damaged products here.

Can I order through the mail?

Are your products American made?

Yes, all products are 100% made in the USA.
